Unexpected API outage

An unforeseen database issue caused some client API requests to not work properly for 10 hours starting on Sunday evening at 19:32 UTC. The issue was finally resolved on Monday morning at 5:34 UTC by manual intervention from our operations team.

The incident caused API requests from some external applications to not work properly for the duration of this outage. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
