Update - We are still working on getting the last of our servers back online and restoring service. We expect our services to be up and running within the next hour. We will keep you updated and post an update soon.

Update - There has been some progress, but we are still waiting for the hosting service provider to resolve the issue and restore service to all of our affected servers. We are actively monitoring the progress and will post a status update for you again within one hour.

Update - The hosting service provider is working on resolving the outage and bringing the affected servers back online. The issue is contained, and we expect our services to be available within one to two hours. We will update you again on the progress within 60 minutes.

Resolved - "Opened" and "Clicked" statuses are again being recorded normally as of 15:22 UTC today, Tuesday 2025-02-04.

"Opened" and "Clicked" statuses triggered during the period 2025-01-29 - 2025-02-04 have not been recorded and will unfortunately not be available. Any such statuses will not be reflected in the message statistics, and these messages will show in the email statistics as "Sent". We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Other email statuses, e.g. "Sent", "Bounce", "Blocked", were not affected by this incident.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing some issues with messaging statistics for sent messages. It appears to only affect messaging statuses "opened" and "clicked" , which are currently shown as "sent". Issues started on Wednesday 29.1.25.
